Congratulations to our two leavers this year who are now about to begin university studies.
Maximilian Micallef Eynaud (Chavagnes 2007-2014, our first pupil to complete all 7 years of secondary education here) has now gone to the Delft University of Technology (http://www.tudelft.nl/en/) to study Aerospace Engineering.
Ambroise Julien Laferrière (Chavagnes 2011-2014, and our first pupil to qualify for university with the French baccalaureate and British A-levels) is going to the University of Buckingham (http://www.buckingham.ac.uk/) to study Business and Management.
Well done for securing those places, and we wish you all the best in your studies.
Congratulations to Father Francis Altiere, ordained to the priesthood (far right on photo) on 5th August by Cardinal Burke in St Louis. Father Altiere taught History, Religion and English at Chavagnes from 2004-2005.
Rev. Ian Verrier, FSSP, who was with us on the teaching staff from 2005-2007 is due for priestly ordination in spring 2015, and Bro. Stephen Morrison, O Praem, (former Chavagnes boy 2002-2005) is expecting to be ordained priest on 6th December this year. Let’s keep them all in our prayers.
