The Chavagnes scout troop has had a great year. About a dozen boys took their Scout Promise during an all-night vigil in St Joseph's Chapel in the midst of our little bamboo forest!

This year's activities included several weekend camps and various orienteering exercises, a scouting display for our Open Day in June, and participation in the Paris to Chartres pilgrimage.

Mr Crawford recently participated in a special week-long training course for Scout leaders, so he has plenty of new ideas for 2010-2011.
